Chocolate Peanut Butter Shakeology Brownies

Ok – so I’ve been on a protein bar kick lately!  Since I’ve been increasing my calories to support muscle building I’m needing to find more and more ways to get an abundance of food in my belly.  This is one way I’m doing that – not to mention they taste like I’m eating a fudgy brownie cake – especially when I heat one of these bad boys up in the microwave for 30 seconds (go ahead – try it!)


  • ½ cup Xylitol or 4-5 scoopfuls of Kal Stevia
  • 100g or 3/4 cup of Oat Flour
  • 4-5 scoops of Chocolate Shakeology
  • 2 T cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt (this is important to make the protein bars rise)
  • 464g or 15 oz can of Pumpkin (not Pumpkin Pie Mix) or 2 Bananas
  • 4 egg whites
  • ¾ unsweetened almond milk
  • 4 T PB2 + stevia
